Refund Policy

We are based in Malaysia and all prices are listed in RM. For now, we only take orders through the website. For more information such as size, pricing, etc., please check our website or our Instagram jabrose.my.

All sales are final. No returns, exchanges, or refunds will be accepted. Please thoroughly read the product description and care instructions before making a purchase.

However, we accept returns and exchanges only if:
– Incorrect items were shipped.
– Items have major defects.

The process of return/exchange should be initiated within 3 days after receiving your item. To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met when submitting your request:

1. Items must be returned in new and unused condition with tag attached.
2. Kindly email us with the subject line “RETURN/EXCHANGE” and provide your purchase receipt and proof of major defect so that we can process your return.
3. We reserve the right to refuse any returns that do not meet our shop policy requirements.

We are not responsible for lost, damaged, or stolen mail. Orders are shipped via our selected courier. Buyers must ensure they have provided the correct shipping address to ensure their order is delivered safely.

For now, we only accept one payment methods which is FPX. Payments are to be sent and completed in a timely manner. If not done so, the item will go to the next interested buyer.
